DELIVERY HOURS: We prioritize equipment deliveries according to the desired times. However, we do not guarantee exact times. You may therefore receive the equipment before or after the agreed time depending on several factors beyond our control.

FUEL LEVEL: The fuel level will be delivered to you at full capacity. After picking up your equipment, we will fill the gas tank to full capacity and bill you at cost plus 10%. A photo of the gas bill will be sent to you by email.
DAMAGE: Any damage to equipment will be invoiced with a surcharge of 30% for the cost of repairs. Repairs are carried out at the location of our choice. Of course we will not charge for general maintenance order breakdowns.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: For all equipment rentals, a deposit of 2000$ will be taken on the credit card as pre-payment. Subsequent charges will be adjusted at the end of the rental contract.
MAINTENANCE ON THE ROAD: Any maintenance on the road due to breakdown, negligence or misuse will be invoiced according to the price chart.
