It's a container service. They pick up what you throw out!

Horrible experience. I choose this company because of a high reviews. I called them Thursday, and we schedule container delivery for Monday. Monday nobody called, no container was delivered. I called at the end of the day, the answer was sorry, tomorrow. One day waisted, money paid to the workers…. No any compensation for the lost of the of work. Finally was delivered next day, driver was professional. Day of pick, they said it is overweight and billed me an extra 725+txs1,5 times the original price!!!!in total container cost is 1325+txs. !!!!!!i i was asking them at the beginning how to rent, I explained that I’m going to load the stone. Be careful when you rent with them

Expect to get charge extra fees about $50 to $100 dollars. They will find a way to charge you for anything that happen regarding you follow their instructions. They will blame any responsibility on you and there will be nothing to prevent to get this extra charge. The service is good but be aware that you will get this extra charge

This company is great! After a huge flood in Quebec and with so many people calling them they still took lots of time helping me over the phone. Their customer service is how all companies should be. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. They never told me they were too busy like every other company during this time. They didn't raise their prices and were upfront about everything. No hidden costs or fees. If you need this service use this company. They really take the time to explain and help you with everything.
