DAYS INCLUDED INDIVIDUALS: 10 days included

DAYS INCLUDED CONTRACTORS: Starting at 10 days (let’s see what we can do)

EXTRA DAYS: 15$ per extra day. When you call to authorize the pickup, the day counter stops calculating. You are therefore no longer charged for the following days.

PICK-UP: You must authorize the pick-up, this must be done by phone or via our customer portal. https://monrecybac.vfi.io/login Once the pick-up is authorized, it will take approximately 1 to 5 days for our team to pick up the container. Notify us if your container needs to be picked up quickly.

EXTRA TONNAGE: Not applicable.

MAXIMUM WEIGHT: 7 tons per container. Be careful not to confuse with the tonnage included.

RESERVATIONS: Ideally 1 to 2 business days in advance.

GRATTAGES: $95.00 if the material remains caught in the container and we use a mechanical shovel to clean it up. Normally in winter season.

UNNECESSARY TRAVEL: $95 to $145 depending on the distance traveled.

10-WHEEL CARRIAGE: If you exceed the maximum tonnage, a fee of $225 will apply for the use of a heavier duty truck. This includes unnecessary travel expenses and the transportation of the more robust truck.

DELIVERY HOURS: We normally deliver between 6:30 am and 3 pm. We never guarantee an exact delivery time.

CITY PERMITS: It is your responsibility to obtain the necessary permits to obstruct a public space. Recybac Inc. is not responsible for any contravention related to the obstruction of a public place. You do not need a permit to place the container on your property.

CUSTOMER PORTAL: You have access to a web portal to manage your container rental. Book, authorize a pickup, pay, view your invoices and orders easily. Here is the link https://monrecybac.vfi.io/login

We are able to answer all your questions from 5:30 am to 8 pm. 7j7.

To make a container change, we recommend calling 1 day in advance.
