EXTRA DAYS: When you call to authorize the pickup, the day counter will stop calculating. You are therefore no longer charged for the following days.
PICKUP: You must authorize the pickup, this must be done over the phone or through our customer portal https://monrecybac.vfi.io/login. Once collection is authorized, our team will need approximately 1 to 5 days to collect the container. Let us know if your container needs to be picked up quickly.
